Peter Burton’s endeavours to provide you with a quality service and product. We appreciate online shopping doesn't always go to plan, especially when buying clothes! If something is not right, please let us know.
We are happy to exchange or refund any items purchased from us provided that:
- you have notified us within 3 days of the date you received them that you intend to exchange/return the items. This allows us to keep an accurate record of our stock and gives us time to arrange an exchange (if possible)
- we receive the item or items back within 14 days of the date you received them.
- the item or items are in their original, unworn, brand new condition with original tags attached.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in return and recommend that you return items to us by trackable post or courier. If your items are returned in accordance with the above conditions, we will refund the price you paid (excluding shipping costs), or if possible, and if requested by you, exchange the item(s). If we do not accept your return, we will be in touch with you to let you know your options.
